Weekly sessions on the Monday and Friday evening. Attendance to Learn 2 Tackle sessions included. Attendance to Rep Ready sessions included.

Disclaimer: Public Holidays landing on a Monday or Friday during the season will have no session on that day. The last 2 weeks of December and first 2 weeks of January are not included as training will come to a close for this period.
